Customer Care will make every effort to assist you in resolving any difficul-
ties you may be having. If the problem is deemed to be hardware related,
you may be transferred to the Technical Support Center. The hardware
warranty is listed below for your reference. This limited warranty is the
only warranty provided with respect to the hardware, and Icebox, LLC
offers no other warranty terms.
ICEBOX™ HARDWARELIMITED WARRANTY TO ORIG
This iCEBOX™ model product, as configured and supplied by Icebox, LLC
and delivered new, in the original carton to the original consumer purchaser,
is warranted by Icebox, LLC through VAC Service Corp against manufacturing
defects in materials and workmanship for a limited warranty period of:
One (1) Year Parts and Labor
This limited warranty begins on the original date of purchase * and is valid
only on products purchased and used in the United States. To receive war-
ranty service, the purchaser must contact Icebox, LLC or their warranty part-
ners, (VAC Service Corp or WarrantyNow) for problem determination and
service procedures. Warranty service can only be performed by a VAC
authorized service center. The original dated bill of sale must be presented
upon request as proof of purchase to -VAC or VAC’s authorized service center.
FlipScreen icebox models will be repaired on-site or taken to a repair facility
of VAC’s choice. A VAC authorized servicer will provide removal and re-
installation of the product if the repair cannot be completed in the purchaser’s
home.
Icebox, LLC and VAC will repair or replace this product, at our option and at
no charge as stipulated herein, with new or reconditioned parts or products if
found to be defective during the limited warranty period specified above. In
the event that a problem with the unit cannot be resolved via telephone sup-
port, a VAC service technician will be dispatched to affect a repair. Replace-
ment parts and products will be covered by the remaining original warranty,
or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
Icebox, LLC’s obligations with respect to software products distributed by Ice-
box, LLC under the icebox™ brand name are set forth in the applicable end
user license agreement. Non-Icebox, LLC hardware and software products
are not covered by any Icebox, LLC warranty.
